Pati Grady
Founder & President
Cooperstown Cookie Company™

The Cooperstown Cookie Company™ celebrates the love of baseball and the love of cookies with delightful and delicious baseball-themed gifts.

In October 2004, we unveiled our Classic Baseball Shortbread at the World Series Gala at the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The delicious success of our baseball-shaped cookies has been heralded by the New York Times, Sporting News, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Town & Country, Japan Times, and media nationwide.  The Cooperstown Cookie Company™ is a Pride of New York certified company, and our cookies, made from founder Pati Grady ’s family recipe, contain the highest quality ingredients. The Cooperstown Cookie Company is also a WBE (Woman-Owned Business Enterprise), as designated by the Empire State Development's Division of Minority & Women's Business Development.

From the start, the Cooperstown Cookie Company™ has dedicated itself to doing well and doing good.  Our products are made in cooperation with Pathfinder Village, a residential community dedicated to adults and children with Down syndrome.  The Cooperstown Cookie Company™ is committed to building awareness of and support for Pathfinder Village.

Pati Grady brings her entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for baking, and long-standing ties to the Cooperstown community to her role as founder and president. When conceptualizing her company, she made a conscious decision to tap the world-class talent and resources available locally.  Cooperstown Cookie Company™ works with illustrator Lonni Sue Johnson, Apple Converting, Guyot Designworks, photographers Richard and Zibby Walker, and DeIorios, an award-winning, family-run bakery.

Pati and her husband Kevin have five children.  Kevin is co-founder and owner of the Doubleday Cafe on Cooperstown’s Main Street.
